And for those who love comfort food, we don’t think you’ll find a more warming dish than our Lancashire hotpot.

I have been in the business of food for more than 20 years, with a vast experience of hotel and event catering. Food and eating changes, what’s in fashion now may not be popular next year, but people don’t change. I’ve never met anybody who doesn’t appreciate good wholesome feel good food, and that is why I love my job – everyone is happy after a really good feed! Being creative in the kitchen is my passion, I love nothing more than a fully stocked kitchen with my favourite music on in the background, I could talk about food all day – our food is not just about eating, we are creating an experience and great memories.
Event Planner / Director
I’m not a chef, but I am passionate about food, the tradition of it, the cooking and sharing it. My talents lie in taking the stress out of your event, ensuring everything is running smoothly is what I’m good at. Great events are all in the details, I like to make plans, see them through and make it interesting.
